SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing to shop with Hypergogo Australia
Shipping and Tracking:
At present we only ship within Australia. All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (orders made on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed within 2 business days).
All orders are shipped by Courier. Once your item has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please note the information may take 24-48 hours to update.
All order must be signed for upon delivery.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we would love to help.
You have 14 days; from the day you receive your product to initiate a return for a refund.

The item must be in its original condition, with original packaging. Once your item has been returned, an inspection of the product will be undertaken to ensure it meets the requirements and once accepted your refund will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Should your item not be in the original condition your refund will be rejected.
Note: Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that sometimes you may wish to exchange your purchase for another style or colour. All requests for exchange must be received in writing to hypergogo.australia@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include

Confirmation of shipping address
Once the item has been returned and inspected, your replacement product will be shipped within 72 hours. Should the product be of greater value additional payment will be required. Should the product be of less value the price difference will be refunded.
Please ensure your item is in the original condition and packaging. Should your item not meet the requirements, your exchange will be rejected.
Note: Purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
Please ensure the following steps are followed for returns and exchanges.

You will need written confirmation or approval from Hypergogo Australia to initiate the return process.

Please ensure that original packaging is used, and the product is securely packaged. Hypergogo Australia cannot be help responsible for any damage during shipping.

Attach the return address label provided within your confirmation email.

Ensure you ship the product within 5 days of receiving your confirmation of return and/or exchange.

We strongly recommend using tracking and providing proof of shipping.
